Refund & Return Policy

Overview Because all of our products are made to order through our print-on-demand and dropship partners, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing, color preference, or change of mind. Please review sizing guides and product details carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is the wrong item, we will make it right. Please contact us at info@ruinedmnds.com within 14 days of delivery with:

• Your order number
• A clear photo of the item and the issue

We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Lost or Undelivered Orders If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at info@ruinedmnds.com. We will investigate with our fulfillment partners and either reship or refund your order if it is confirmed lost.

International Orders We are not responsible for orders delayed or held by customs. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are non-refundable. If an international package is refused or undeliverable and returned to us, we will issue a partial refund (excluding original shipping costs).

Order Cancellations Because orders go into production quickly, cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. After that window, we cannot guarantee a cancellation. Please email info@ruinedmnds.com immediately if you need to cancel.
